Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. walnuts
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
