Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) cottage cheese
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw, but do not cook, the broccoli. Mix with onion, cottage cheese, eggs, oil, salt and muffin mix. Pour in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve hot, cut into squares. Freezes well.
