Cranberry Walnut French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cranberry bread, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix together and soak bread for at least one hour.
    Pan saut until golden, then finish in oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
    This can be done the night before and just finished in oven before serving.
