Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    6 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled sausage. Top with shredded cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour mixture over
    cheese. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 for a souffl breakfast.
