Grilled Chops(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, fat trimmed (boneless)
    4 tsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 Tbsp. ground pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano (optional)
    1 bay leaf
    1 large clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Place chops in a Ziploc bag.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix and pour into bag over chops.
    Press out all air; seal bag.
    Let marinate 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Lift chops from bag and broil or barbecue.
    Brush with marinade occasionally.
    Cook 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
