Frozen Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs, separated
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
9-inch graham cracker pie crust
pinch of salt
Preparation

In a small bowl beat egg whites, then beat the whipping cream. Put them together in a large mixing bowl; mix egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanilla and cream cheese in bowl and beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites and cream.
Pour in 9-inch pie crust and freeze.
