Deep Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Coat chicken pieces with flour.
Mix egg and water together. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in crumbs.
Put in deep fryer in hot grease, 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0, for 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain on paper toweling.
