Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. raw hamburger
salt to taste
1 onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. pkg. frozen Tater Tots
Preparation

Crumble hamburger in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Salt to taste.
Mince 1 onion and spread over meat.
Mix soups and pour over onion and meat.
Do not add water to soup!
Put Tater Tots over soup.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
The last 15 minutes, you may have to cover if Tater Tots look too brown.
May freeze what is left.
