Maple French Toast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices of bread, cubed
    8 eggs
    1/2 C. maple syrup
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    1 C. milk
    additional maple syrup
Preparation
    Arrange half of the bread cubes in a 2 quart pan. Top with cream cheese cubes, then add remaining bread cubes. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk and syrup. Pour over bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve with additional syrup.
