1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 drumsticks, skin removed
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish. In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, mustard, sugar, butter, soy sauce, red pepper and black pepper. Stir well. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, allowing it to boil for 5 minutes to thicken, stirring constantly. Place drumsticks in the baking pan and pour sauce mixture over them, coating completely. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
