Fish Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lb. red snapper or other mild fillet
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
oregano
chopped parsley
Preparation

Pour butter into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Arrange onion evenly in bottom of dish.
Place fish in single layer, atop onion.
Combine mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt.
Spread evenly over fish.
Sprinkle oregano and parsley over top to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serves 4 to 6.
