Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 chicken breast, diced and skin removed
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery (with leaves; from heart of the celery), chopped
1/4 tsp. parsley, chopped fine
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 1/2 c. hot water
1 pkg. Lipton noodles and sauce (chicken flavor)
1/2 stick butter or oleo
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and set aside. Dice chicken.
Saute in butter or oleo. Add celery, onion and parsley. Saute until vegetables are clear.
Add contents of package of noodles and sauce. Add water. Cook for about 14 minutes or until noodles are tender. Serves 4.
