Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    figure about 1/4 lb. hamburger per person
    1 1/2 lb. meat to 1 c. sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. French's yellow wet mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    minced onion
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and retain about 1 tablespoon fat from meat. Drain off the rest.
    Shake minced onion in.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and let simmer about 1 hour.
