Giblet Gravy(With Gizzards, Liver, Heart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. drippings from roasting pan
    butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Place gizzards, liver and heart in water.
    Add onion and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
    Keep adding water to retain 1 quart of liquid.
    Mix butter or drippings with flour and brown. Strain stock and add slowly to flour and butter mixture.
    Stir until smooth and thick, about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add salt; dice giblets and livers.
