Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 lb. steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cut meat into serving size pieces.
Brown meat (that has been seasoned and rolled in flour) in oil slowly.
Add onion to skillet and brown golden. Add the tomato sauce and 1 cup water with the Worcestershire sauce to the skillet of meat. Cover and simmer 2 hours or until tender.
