Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Add apples and nuts.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
