Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 small onion, finely chopped
    1 small stalk celery, chopped
    2 medium size, cooked potatoes, cut up
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 hard-cooked egg
Preparation
    Put vegetables in a bowl.
    Mix mustard, vinegar and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
    Mix gently with the vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Slice egg on top of salad.
    Makes 2 servings, about 3/4 cup each.
