Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 can chilled Milnot
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. (22) graham crackers
1 to 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 stick melted butter (1/4 c.)
Preparation

Add hot water to the lemon jello and add cream cheese.
Let stand until it gets cold.
May need to put in the refrigerator for a while.
Whip really well.
Add sugar and vanilla to chilled Milnot and whip.
Add Milnot to jello and whip with mixer.
While jello is chilling, roll graham crackers.
Add powdered sugar and melted butter.
Spread 1/2 of the graham cracker mixture in a long baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
Add the jello mixture and put the rest of the graham cracker mixture on top.
Chill before serving.
