Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 onion, chopped
1 small can Ranch Style beans
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1 pkg. tortillas
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix browned meat, onion, beans, Ro-Tel and mushroom soup.
In a greased casserole dish, layer the tortillas (torn in small pieces on the bottom of the dish) and meat mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly, then add topping of cheese and put back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
Serve hot.
Makes 6 servings.
