Turkey Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes
6 carrots
1 small green pepper
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. canola oil
1 c. cooked turkey
Preparation

Peel and cut up potatoes in large cubes.
Clean and slice carrots; cook both together, then drain all water.
Chop onion, green pepper and garlic; saute until brown in oil.
Chop turkey. Add turkey, green pepper and onion; mix with oil over potatoes and carrots and stir.
Serve.
