Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish. Pour sauce over each pepper. Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally.
