Salmon Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can red salmon, flake until light
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cream or milk
    little butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and drop by spoonful in buttered frying pan. Brown both sides and serve hot.
