Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese (low-fat)
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese (part skim), shredded (1/2 c.)
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    4 oz. jumbo pasta shells (16)
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Cook pasta shells according to package directions, omitting salt.\tMix remaining ingredients. Fill each
    shell
    with
    mix, about 1 tablespoon per shell, and place in
    baking
    dish
    lined with some sauce.
    After stuffing shells, pour
    remaining
    sauce
    over shells.
    May garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
