Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini or squash, bite size pieces
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. stuffing mix
    2 grated carrots
    1 small onion, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender.
    Melt butter and saute onions. Mix together onions, carrots, sour cream, soup, 1/2 of the zucchini and stuffing.
    Put 1/2 zucchini on bottom of casserole dish.
    Put remaining mixture on top of zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
