Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/4 onion
    2 to 3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil or margarine
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts to taste.
    Cut into bite size pieces. Heat oil (margarine) in Dutch oven.
    Chop onion; saute in oil. Brown chicken slightly.
    Add water to just cover chicken.
    Cook over medium fire; bring to a boil.
    Drop in bouillon cubes.
    Add about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Bring to boil again.
    Add uncooked rice; return to boil.
    Lower heat to medium-low.
    Cover Dutch oven and cook until rice is done (about 15 to 20 minutes).
