Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
green food coloring
Preparation
-
Cream the cream cheese.
Add sugar and flavoring.
Work into a stiff dough.
Add green food coloring to tint, if desired.
Roll 1/2 teaspoon into a ball.
Dip into granulated sugar.
Press into a mold, then pop out.
Continue until all dough has been molded.
