Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Ritz crackers
2 eggs, well beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Mix
all ingredients except butter and cheese, place in 1 1/2 quart
baking dish (buttered).
Dot with the butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
