Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tomato sauce
peeled tomatoes
oregano
cumin
garlic
salt
pepper
sugar (optional)
onion
green chiles
jalapenos (optional)
fresh cilantro (optional) or dried coriander
Preparation

If chunky salsa is preferred, dice tomatoes bite size.
Dice onion, green chiles and jalapenos and add to taste.
Add spices to taste.
Fresh cilantro may be added or dried coriander.
Mix all ingredients well.
Cover and refrigerate.
