Layers Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    3 celery stalks, sliced
    1 large baking potato, sliced
    1 small green pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Break up meat in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Put carrots on meat, then celery and so on.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
