Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. cut rhubarb
    nutmeg or cinnamon
    2 tsp. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
    Spread 1/2 of mixture on bottom of 12 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Save rest for top. Place cut rhubarb into pan.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Mix flour with sugar.
    Add boiling water.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Sprinkle crumb mixture over rhubarb. Cook at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
