Blueberry Muffins(12 Muffins) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. plain flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted margarine
1 egg
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in blueberries gently.
Add milk, egg and butter.
Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not overbeat.
Batter will be lumpy.
Spoon batter into twelve paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
