Diabetic Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Sugar Twin
2 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 2-inch loaf pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix butter, eggs, Sugar Twin and nuts.
Add vanilla; mix well.
Add flour, stirring well.
Stir in bananas.
Spoon into pan.
Bake for 55 minutes or until done.
