Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. pimento, cut fine
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. celery salt
1 c. sugar or several drops sugar substitute
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain kraut overnight.
Cut into small pieces; add other ingredients.
Cook sugar and vinegar, just enough to dissolve sugar.
Pour over kraut mixture and marinate overnight.
Toss with a fork.
