Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg
5 Tbsp. water
1 1/3 c. Crisco
Preparation

Measure salt and flour\tinto
large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening\twith
pastry
blender
until particles are size of peas.
Beat
egg;
add
water
and\tvinegar.
Pour\tinto flour mixture
and
mix. Divide into 4 balls. Roll on floured board. Makes 2 double crusts.
