Blueberry Tapioca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. (about 2 1/2 c.) large blueberries, thawed if frozen
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.
    Stirring constantly, bring to full boil.
    Ladle into 5 (1-cup) individual dessert bowls.
    Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream.
    Yields 5 servings.
