Chocolate Kahlua Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
    3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. Kahlua or creme de cacao liqueur
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 (9-inch) chocolate or graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Whip butter until creamy.
    Add the melted chocolate, then mix in the sugar.
    Slowly add the Kahlua, then the eggs.
    Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
