Jellied Spanish Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sweet pickle cubes or relish, drained
Preparation

Dissolve the two gelatins in boiling water.
Add vinegar, pepper and salt and dissolve.
Add cold water.
Chill.
When slightly thickened, fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill and let set until firm.
Cut into squares. Serves 8.
