Potato-Onion Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. potatoes, pared and sliced
1 c. thinly sliced onions
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Alternately layer potatoes and onions in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
