Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except the cheese and melted margarine.
    Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour melted margarine over the top and then cover with the shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
