Snow And Gold Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. can cling peaches, sliced
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    3 oz. pkg. orange jello
    1 c. whipping cream or whipped topping
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Drain peaches (save juice for something else).
    Whip cream; fold in dry jello, peaches, cottage cheese and nuts.
    Put into square pan.
    Chill until firm; serve on lettuce.
    Any combination may be used to vary recipe.
