7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head lettuce
    1 c. celery, cut up
    1 c. red cabbage, cut up
    1 large sweet onion, sliced into rings
    1 box frozen peas, slighlty cooked and cooled
    2 c. mayonnaise with 2 Tbsp. sugar (mixed together)
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces
Preparation
    Tear up lettuce and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add each layer as it is called for, one on top of the other.
    Do not toss. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
