Tostado Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    15 oz. can tomatoes
    16 oz. can pinto beans, drained
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. picante sauce, medium
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    Fritos (small chip size)
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    with
    onion
    and
    simmer, then drain well. Drain and
    puree tomatoes reserving juice.
    Then add tomatoes and juice to\tsaucepan along with beans, water, picante sauce and cumin. Bring
    to boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle
    into
    soup bowls.
    Top with corn chips and shredded cheese. Serves 4 to 6.
