Holiday Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small diced pimentos
    2 c. chopped pecans (fine)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, but 1 cup of pecans, together.
    Work into a ball, then roll in the other 1 cup of pecans. Chill for several hours or overnight.
    Serve with crackers.
