Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. brisket
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Sear meat on all sides.
    Place onion soup and water in bottom of roaster, then place meat in pan and sprinkle with spices. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    The meat will make its own gravy.
