Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Blend together sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Gradually add to egg mixture, mixing until blended.
    Stir in carrots and walnuts.
