Easy Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/2 c. frozen green peas
2 c. dry macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch garlic powder
1 tsp. dry parsley leaves
1/2 c. minced celery
1 tsp. chives (snipped)
1 qt. water (boiling)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes (optional)
Preparation

Place large casserole dish on burner.
Heat water to boiling; add salt and oil.
Add dry macaroni.
Cook over medium heat until macaroni is firm but tender.
Drain macaroni.
Add other ingredients except crumbs.
Stir until well blended.
Turn into large greased casserole dish.
Cover with crumbs.
Bake in medium oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
