Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (6 oz.) orange Jell-O
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 small can coconut (if desired)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
1 large Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Sprinkle dry Jell-O over cottage cheese and mix.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
