Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    6 egg yolks
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine soup, Cheddar cheese and nutmeg in saucepan.
    Heat slowly until cheese melts.
    Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; gradually stir into soup mixture.
    Cook spinach according to package and drain well.
    Add to soup mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff in a large bowl.
    Fold in soup mixture.
