Gooseberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. gooseberries (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Heat gooseberries and water to boiling. Mix and moisten remaining ingredients. Stir into the hot fruit and cook until thickened. Pour into 10-inch pastry-lined pan. Cover with top crust. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes and continue for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until crust is lightly browned.
