Enchiladas, Mexican Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 tortillas
    1/2 c. fat
    6 eggs, fried
    chili sauce
    1 c. onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat tortillas in hot fat until softened and golden brown in color.
    Heat the chili sauce.
    Dip hot tortillas in hot chili sauce, remove to plate; sprinkle with cheese and finely chopped onion.
    Serve in stacks of 3, topped with a fried egg and 2 to 3 tablespoons of chili sauce.
